Create what you need more of

Why Seasons?

“Some people practice a custom of naming the volumes of their diaries in advance.
The title of the book seems to prophesy what I learn and experience during the period I write in it. The title gives a focus to my search and therefore I find what I am looking for.

Titles of diary volumes are often self-fulfilling prophecies because they give the writer an expectation to fulfil, a future orientation to the search.”

– Tristine Rainer in The New Diary

If you’re in need of a realignment, Bootcamp is what restores you to a creative state and gets you ready for your journal. It has three parts to it and can be done every month or whenever you need a reset.
